Frankie Masala

Ingredients :

Cumin, Coriander, Pomegranate Seeds, Dry Mango, Salt, Black Pepper, Chilly,, Asafoetida, Turmeric.

Receipe :

For 15-16 Frankies.
STUFFING: Boil & Smash 500gm Potatoes. Mix finely chopped Cabbage and Onion add Salt as per taste. Add 3-4 of tbsp of KAPOL FRANKIE MASALA and prepare oval shape portion of approx. 50gm each.
Keep ready finely chopped Onion-add 2 tsp Vinegar.
Apply Butter on Chappati-Sprinkle Onion on it-sprinkle KAPOL FRANKIE MASALA. Put stuff on it, roast on tawa for 2-3 min. Roll the Chappati and serve hot.
