Biryani / Pulav Masala

Ingredients :

Badian, Cumin, Coriander, Tuj, Black pepper, Tej patta, Chilly, Cardamom, Big Cardamom, Clove leaves, Mace, Clove, Shajeera, Nutmeg, Salt & Turmeric.

Receipe :
  1. Soak 250gm. Basmati Rice for half-an-hour and after drying it heat with 2 Tblspn of Ghee.  

  2. Take one small piece of ginger, two big tomatoes, 4-6 garlic sticks, 3 chopped onions and grind to paste. Take 3Tblspn of ghee, heat it and ad boiled vegetables like cauliflower, french beans, carrot, green peas and add salt, chilly powder, turmeric, 2tblspn of KAPOL BIRYANI - PULAV MASALA and fry for 5 minutes along with above paste. 

  3. Cook rice and above mixture in 700ml of water till the water gets absorbed.
